We are located at 7 Stockton Avenue Moorebank. The practice has been operating since 2000.
Our practice is focused on the primary health care needs of your family. We aim to provide quality, patient centered medical care, that is individually tailored to the person's needs.
We value the relationship with our patients and encourage a collaborative approach in making decisions in your healthcare. From preventative healthcare to ongoing medical needs, we are available to attend to you and your family.

Practice Information
HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
All appointments are to be made via the telephone to the receptionist. If you wish to consult with the doctor on the phone a telehealth consultation can be arranged.
CONSULTATION FEES
At the discretion of the practice, families are offered bulk billing appointments each day to assist in the costs of their healthcare. You can ask the receptionist if you qualify.
All walk in consultations are privately billed and are available for standard consultations only.
For private consultations we charge a fixed gap fee. Medicare will not rebate any of this fee.
Fees for consultations are available at the reception.
We accept cash, credit card and debit cards. We have EFTPOS facilities available.
All fees must be paid at the time of consultation.
EMAILS
As emails are not secure our practice does not communicate via email with its patients.
TEST RESULTS
Appointments must be made to discuss test results. Please bring any scans or results you may have with you.
REFFERALS
Appointments must be made for referral. We regret these cannot be backdated.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATES
Appointments must be made for medical certificates. We regret these cannot be backdated.
RECALLS AND REMINDERS
If you are required to be recalled for a health issue the practice will notify you to return for an appointment. We use reminder systems for routine health issues. If you wish to opt out of our reminder system please talk to the receptionist.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
All patient health information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998. If you wish someone to access your information on your behalf, you must provide consent. Further information is available at reception.

Meet The Doctor
Dr Moneesh Diddee was raised in the South-West of Sydney. He attended local preschools in the area before commencing school at Casula Public School. He moved to St Christophers Primary school in Panania in year 3 and followed on to De La Salle College in Revesby from year 5 to year 10. Dr Diddee was Dux of year 10 when he finished at De La Salle College. He spent the last 2 years of his schooling at Moorebank High School and achieved Dux of year 12 in his HSC year.
Dr Diddee graduated with honours from University of Sydney Medical school in 1996. He worked at Liverpool and Fairfield Hospitals during his intern and resident years. Dr Diddee completed resident medical officer rotations in medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, paediatrics and aged care. It was his passion for general health and wellbeing and the stimulating multi-disciplinary focus of General Practice that sparked his interest in commencing the RACGP training program.
He spent time training in Wattle Grove, Wetherill Park and completed an academic research year with UNSW. He spent his final 6 months in Muswellbrook where he held VMO admitting rights to the local hospital while providing General Practice care to the community.
Dr Diddee commenced his practice in Chipping Norton in 2000 and later moved to Moorebank in 2005.
Dr Diddee has completed a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine from Bond University.
